]]>This April, the one thing I look forward to the most is the FOOD!
Korea is a paradise for your palate.
Of all the souvenirs we return with, the one we will cherish the most is the memory of Korean Food.
For your tastebuds will change forever.
When I was in Korea three years ago, I was told a interesting story.
One of my students recalled an important memory from her time abroad.
While Lee, So-ra was studying in Canada, her homestay family surprised her one evening with a traditional Korean meal.
The unique aroma from each dish, recalled memories of her childhood and home.
She told me that she broke down in tears.
Food, glorious food brought her to tears.
I hope that we will have many wonderful memories from our study tour.
I hope that food will be one of them.
Then we can sing, food, glorious food! Kimchi, and Bibimbop!
